With 2.5 million residents Toronto is nowadays the most populous city of Canada and the fifth largest municipality in North America. Toronto is also known as a sports city. Indeed, Toronto is represented in five major sports in North America: basketball, ice-hockey, baseball, soccer and football. Indeed, since 1995 the Toronto Raptors has been the only team outside the United States playing in the National Basketball Association, one of the most famous sports league in the world and the dream of every basketball player.
